Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Würldspot (the "Service"), including claiming a spot on the board, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Claiming a spot
A spot represents one business listing. Submit accurate information and confirm your authority to represent the business. Submissions remain private until email confirmation and approval. The first 1,000 businesses approved and published receive one year free from publication, with no card required. After that year, renewal is optional at $9.99 per year. Registration does not reserve a free spot. Later approved businesses remain unpublished until payment is available and completed. No automatic charge occurs.
Your content
You retain ownership of any logo, name, or description you submit, but grant Würldspot a license to display it on the board, in search, and in related promotional contexts as part of the Service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including submitting false business information, infringing content, or attempting to disrupt the board or network for other users. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
Termination
We may suspend or remove a spot that violates these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, with notice where practical.
Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is." Würldspot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
